The flat is located on the semi basement floor of a newly built building located in the best part of the City Center (5 minutes’ walk to Lambi Beach, Sea-Food Restaurants on Averof Street.).
It has a net area of 75 sqm and consists 2 bedrooms, a large living room with an open plan kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies in the front and in the rear of the flat.
There is a big super market (KRITIKOS) just across the street which enables the flat residents make their shopping easily.
Turkish Vodafone and Turkcell mobile phones work in the flat thanks to the GPS Signal Booster installed in the roof.
There is 24/7 hot water in the entire flat from the solar water heater.
Rental of bicycles, scooters and cars can be arranged upon request.
The flat is only 10 minutes’ walk from the ferry port.
The minimum rental period cannot be less than 1 week and the check in day can be either a Saturday or a Sunday and the checkout day can be a Saturday or a Sunday.
Maximum 4 persons are allowed to stay in the flat.
Children under 18 & pets are not allowed in the flat. Smoking is allowed only in the balconies.
Price per week is 500.-Euros and a guarantee deposit 200 Euros is requested in advance. If no damage occurs in the flat, the deposit will be returned during the check out. Should the tenant wish to stay less than a week, the price will remain the same.
LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN
The living room consists an open plan kitchen, with all necessary and brand new amenities such as: A big refrigerator, dish washer, toaster, electric grill, counter-top cooker, oven, microwave oven, hot/cold water dispenser, coffee maker etc etc.
The TV Corner has a Led TV and a comfortable corner couch.
The living room opens to a cozy balcony where 4 persons can amply sit and dine. There is also another table with chairs in the living room.
THE FRONT BALCONY
The front balcony is large enough for 4 people to dine and is a very pleasant corner with its cute decoration. The balcony and window grills of the flat are elevated so that the household residents can leave all windows and balcony doors open to enjoy a cool airflow in the hot days of the summer without being afraid of having someone jump in the flat J
The balcony grill has a door which locks with a padlock and enables the household residents use it if they do not feel like climbing the stairs of the building when they have to carry many things such as shopping.
THE REAR BALCONY
The rear balcony is used to dry the newly washed clothes or the swimsuits and towels after returning from the beach. It also has a shower with hot and cold water in case the main bathroom is used by another person. There is plenty of sun in the afternoon at the rear balcony.
The bathroom has a half-length bathtub with a shower cabin. There is a top load 6kg washing machine.
THE DOUBLE ROOM
The double room has a double bed with storage base. It also has a fitted wardrobe and two bedside tables. The double room opens to the rear balcony.

There are two single beds with storage bases. There is also a big fitted wardrobe in the room. The twin room opens to the rear balcony.
